Games Repository is an independent game studio run by a single developer. It makes action, strategy and puzzle games, starting on Android, with Steam releases to follow.
The first game, Parsec, is out now on Google Play. Pilot your fighter through hostile star systems and take down enemy squadrons.
Math Puzzles is a puzzle game for Android that puts your arithmetic skills to the test. Choose Easy, Medium or Hard, learn the basics in the tutorial, and see how you rank on the leaderboard.
Pick one of 16 avatars and play in your own language: the game is being built in 9 languages, from English and Spanish to Japanese and Korean.
The game is currently in development, and Math Puzzles is a working title.
About me
I'm Vo, an indie developer from Bulgaria and the one person behind Games Repository. I started making small browser games for fun as soon as I learned to program. I was always curious whether I could build the mechanics I enjoyed in other games myself: levelling up, gaining experience, character stats.
Today I make games for Android. I write all the code from scratch with the libGDX framework, and I buy graphics and sound from asset creators, which lets me put my time into gameplay. Working alone means I can work anytime and anywhere, without waiting on anyone else's decisions, and it pushes me to come up with more ideas of my own.
I'm a fan of old-school games, but I play new releases too, so inspiration can come from anywhere. Away from code, I'm into video editing and photography, and I often fly drones. Some game ideas start from the footage I shoot. I also enjoy learning foreign languages and exploring areas of IT beyond programming.
What I want from my games is a real challenge: something that shows players how good they really are. My first game, Parsec, is out now on Google Play, and the next one, a math puzzle game, is in development. Steam is on my list too, but it's a longer-term plan without a date yet.
